Just been told Whitts is on his way to Norwich!

Aslong as we get a decent price, im happy

good! whitts has served his time and was one of the porrest players last season imo time for him to move on also and i know for a fact he won't cut it in the prem isn;t good enough

I hope its a good fee, massively underrated in my opinion

I am not 100% sure of the exact price but I think its between 1-1.5m. Good luck to him a good club and manager to play for!

Well I think that would be a disaster, we wont replace him with that money, id hope for at least double.

Rubbish,hes just signed for three years it wont be 1-1.5 mil it would haqve to be 3 at least and the club wont sell him,blimey we will have no good players!!

We can't sell anyone else until we get more players in, surely!

the problem we got at the moment down the city is. certain [players are going through the motions,we need a fresh start . so do a few certain players, they have gone stale?

would not surprise me if the teams that have gone up and little snif around are players ( well whats left of them)

It's not as much as 3m mate but as with most fees thee days it will probably be un-disclosed!

Equally, Whitts still disappears for lengthy periods of games.

does a magician reveal his tricks! Its off an extremely reliable source lets just say! Nothing is actually signed yet but I would expect the deal to go through!

Whittingham is Ransoms player, we'll get nothing or maybe 10% of the fee. If he was not mortgaged I believe he would have been a Forest player.

Where did you hear this boyo? Whitts is still one of our best players. Still got double figures last season.

I agree and would rather he stayed too, its info passed to me that I can trust! It will be confirmed when all papers are signed I guess!

If he goes it is another step towards mid table / relegation battle.

To be honest, I would not mind mid-table after the last few years. Too stressful Don't fancy a relegation battle though.

I can't see Whitts fitting into Norwich's diamond formation to be honest. If he goes to Norwich he will be a bench player so no point in him moving really.

Good move if we get a fee for him, one of the players I think we need move on. Not good enough at top half championship level

Again any fee will go to Ranson and not the club.

He's "apparently" being signed by a Prem team and our fans are slagging him off saying he's not good enough.



Whitts was easily one of our best performcers last season and, other than Ramsey, our best Midfield player. When we played:

Burke Drinkwater Oly Whitts Bellamy

We were devastating, then DJ got cold feet and decided he must try his 'tried and tested 4-4-2'

Hope this isn't true, we lack players in midfield as it is, never mind recovering someone with his quality.
