Dekel Keinan seen him training with the lads in the gym today. looks very fit footballer was being showed the routine gym session the lads do during the week.

nice guy said hello etc.

spoke to tom heaton today to.

he came over to me said hello.

i asked him how it all going he went' shit result tuesday i have to be honest'

i went well i kinda glad we out of the cup cuz push for promotion.

he replied well i don't like losing games.

he also said we got massive 3 games coming up i went yea could win them all he went confidence is high lets rock and roll lol.

i asked him about that Emmanuel thomas he went ' he is massive' haha

then just had normal convo really just asked how i was how my training going then he went off to have warm down.

just little update for you with bit of breaking news

i don't even no if he has signed Dekel Keinan was in the gym today with all training gear on etc

umm about 9 ish i think on training pitches and about half 10 11 they go in gym depending what session they are doing i think. thats ruff guess tho sorry

i just seen few of players in the gym doing weights they sometimes do dif training to split the team up and work on different things. but he been training all week

Got a price match on at the moment though-match any gym in the area! And 3 months free golf membership if you're a golfer!! Noticed the other day that they've got CCFC logo'd tees in the shop too!

Thanks again for the info, Its great to have a little info on what goes on down the Vale, never been there my self ,to be honest dont really know where it is. I would like to take my boy down there so he could watch them. thanks again
