Swindon Town are currently in their fifth consecutive season in League Two, having been relegated from League One in 2021.

I presume we will play our strongest team even though it is only the Carabo Cup.
Be interesting to see if Lawlor and Rubin are in the squad.

I think it'll be a similar team that played against Roma.

Not sure if Moylan will start straight away, but maybe he'll bring him on for the last half hour. Wouldn't be surprised to see him in the team against Wrexham though.

Gavin Ward one of the worst referees on the circuit.

Saturday's clash is a carbon copy of our Round One fixture from last season, which saw Swindon travel to CCS on Tuesday, 12th August 2025.

City took the lead on that occasion through Cian Ashford, who was able to stab home from close range after Joel Bagan had met Isaak Davies' corner kick.

Rubin Colwill doubled City's lead before the break, scoring a marvellous free-kick from range which flew past Connor Ripley.

Holloway's side hit back in the second half, with a well-taken finish from Princewill Ehibhatiomhan getting Town back into the contest. However, the Bluebirds held on to progress to the next round, eventually reaching the Quarter Final of the competition.
