Cardiff City are one of four clubs currently pursuing Manchester United striker Ethan Wheatley

I was at northampton away last November when he gave our center backs an awful afternoon and I posted on here in January that we should try and bring him on loan as back up to salech

However he went to bradford instead and apparently was very poor

I now believe we need to be looking for better to give salech competition this season

3 goals in 48 first team appearances. I know he is young and many appearances were probably as a late sub, but its not a good record.

Sounds more like etete with those stats.

only looking at his time at Bradford City - good ball control, nice touches and terrorising defenders BUT poor at finishing.

Maybe BBM cab get him firing on all cylinders in front of goal.

Given reports that we're probably bringing in a couple of players next week, I expect we'll see plenty of rumours linking us to players in the next few days.

Not saying this rumour isn't true, I know no more about who we're trying to sign as anyone else obviously.
