4,500 can we sell out our first away?
granted its a Thursday night but it's not a long journey and
would' nt it be nice for our team to come out onto the pitch at port vale and see a mass of Cardiff fans and make it like a home game for our bluebirds.

I was watching a vlog on YouTube and a guy was predicting results of the first two weeks. When he came to this game he said ‘Jeez I wouldn’t fancy being a copper on duty for this game’. No idea why.

I think we may sell around what we normally do but due to a Thursday night it would be less due to people with work and so on. Ill be there, looking forward to it actually

Sell put 4500 on a Thursday night? I wouldn't say it's close it's maybe closer than our northern trips but still 5 to 6 hour round trip isn't exactly short away day for a night match.
On sky TV too so expect 1000 ish

I'm sure there was a bit of trouble when we went there last in the league cup 2nd round. I cant remember the season but it was the one after our red premier league one
I was there and we took a decent following. Burgstaller scored I think

Not a chance in selling out for that in your wildest dreams. I think it will be between 700 to 1000

£27 is steep for a third tier match on a Thursday night that's live on Sky.
If we do well against Peterborough then we might push over 1.5k but can't see it being a bigger number.

Looking forward to it.

We need to overun our allocation which is about 3,500 not as I first stated 4,500 as they have changed the away stand

If we did sell out then that would be fantastic
AFC Wimbledon after Port Vale which will be a new ground for me

Monty,
I’ve been there 3 times with City, even seen us lose 6-1 with George Wood in goal.
Great ground for an atmosphere, but a rough area, beware Cardiff Fans.

Just over 1600 sold for port Vale so far, looks like it's gonna be a good following cardiff asked for 2900 tickets and think they will sell out

I think a good result next week against the posh and we won't be far off selling out for Vale I'd say 2500 at least

I would love to go to the game but I am unable to because of ill health. The last time I went there I was with my old man in the early 90’s. I think it finished 2-2, I’m not 100% on the score however and I could be wrong. There was murder there that day, loads of Stoke showed up, I think I was about 12 or 13 at the time. I remember being squashed up against the barrier in the away end after we scored a goal. That happened to me at Walsall too.

Great news thanks for update
Worcester and I am not surprised we fans need our fix, and we need to show we have a good following, like I said it's a thursday night but we would all be tucked up in bed by 1am not a big sacrifice .
