One positive about this is he'll be used to a high energy pressing game coming from Leeds. Boy's a good player, just needs some goals.

If he already had a track record of scoring lots of goals at this level, we wouldn't be able to compete with the teams who would then be after him. This is why coaches are so important at his level, as well as bringing in players with the right attitude. We have to make them what they can be.
