Isn't it great that there are no running commentaries coming out of the club any more.

There 100% still is and two parties are involved, waiting for Sala case to be resolved .

That's pretty important from the football and finance side.
There was no time limit but expected over the summer, so hopefully not long

Certainly not the cut and dried "just pay it" type case many on here claimed at the time.
I'm still not convinced we'll win it but it's been well worth challenging.

Dalman met 2 weeks ago with prospective new owners apparently ,its a consortium of very rich people.

Shouldn't see why the ES case would impact any takeover as the funds are supposedly ring fenched should the worse happen.
