Fabrizio Romano is probably one of the most reliable sources out there so if he says this is happening then I'd believe it.

However he normally tweets his transfer news and can't see any tweet from him about this.

I like him as a player but just doesn't score enough goals. Still, I'm not sure he's had a prolonged run in Leeds first team to prove himself, and he's still young

Fabrizio Romano is a source that is usually in the know so this story may have some truth to it

I cant see it being a permanent move. Leeds would want a reasonable fee for him and his wages would be quite high. A loan signing more likely which would suit the player giving him game time to earn his place for the World Cup. In which case it would be a cracking signing.

Think this is bull sh!! as he hasn't tweeted anything about it.

I take your point about his goal tally but he hasn't really played as an out and out striker for a few years now and quite a lot of his appearances have been as a sub.

Sorry guys but I think this would be an excellent signing.

He’s a decent player at Prem level, he’ll do really well for us.

I quite like Roberts. He works very hard for the team and presses from the front. As others have pointed out though his goal tally really needs improvement. As a second striker he could be a good signing

I think this has been proved to be a false rumour. Which probably means he will sign tomorrow.

Based on what? He’s not decent at Prem level at all.

Just needs a run of games in my opinion. Been unlucky with injuries, I’d rather trust the judgement of a manager like Bielsa who regarded him as an important player and refused to let him out in loan because of that.

Certainly better than what we currently have. Of that there is no doubt.
