Training pitches and Stadium.

Quick question,
Why do teams never seem to train in theIr own Stadium?
Now maybe I’m wrong here but Cardiff only ever train down the Vale and maybe apart from special occasions use the stadium.
Surely at least once a week it would seem beneficial prior to a home game to use your own ground.

its to keep the pitch at its best.. even the parks team try to find somewhere else to train unless they have all weather surfaces
