As an aside. Are the club providing live streams internationally this year?

They are no longer part of iFollow so assumed they would be providing the service themselves.

If they do they need to sort out their quality of service.p

You're missing the point. Whether the service is free or just a token fee of £1... what should have been an enjoyable experience turned into a frustrating one. People, like myself, who are thinking of buying a season pass for £110, are going to question if they are making the right decision or not. They are looking to sell a service - they didn't do a good job of that.

Their inaugural streaming of the City's game was meant to be a "sprat to catch a mackerel". The nominal charge of just £1 was meant to entice as many of us as possible, with the objective that we'd be thinking.. "yeah, bloody enjoyed that, I fancy getting a paid subscription" - it failed miserably!
