I thought Coventry made their caretaker their permanent manager anyway?

But would LOVE Hughton here. Seems like a top guy and proven ability to get promoted from this league. Would cost more than three times less than DJ per year too :ayatollah:

Proven ability?

With a squad full of Prem footballers, who naturally romped the division; large crowds, large budget.

Hardly Paul Lambert, is he?

Chris Hughton would be good and give the place a lift. Now we have got 23000+ fans comimg in regularly we need to show the club is still ambitious and still is determined to get to Premier League. Hughton or the like would be a big statement of the club's clear intent as people like that are not going to come to a team to piss about, they'll want assurances.
For me though the number one choice if he was interested though would be Martin O'neill, wears his heart on his sleeve and would really get the crowd going down the CCS. :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:
There are basically two types of people. Those who accomplish things and those who claim to have accomplished things. The first group is a lot less crowded. - Mark Twain

I'll put it on the record now, he's not the man for city! He's only managed a Premiership team playing in the Championship, he'll have about five players to build his squad around, big ask. He'll be worse than DJ. :old:
