Steve Morison:
"Players like Oli Denham that have been overlooked for the under-19s, 20s, 21s for a long time and some of the people get in those squads and you just think to yourself, 'what? Do you not come and watch the games?'," Morison said back in March. "We were 11 unbeaten in the under-23s and still players couldn't get in the squad. It's baffling at times."

Amazing rise into senior Wales squad for Oli Denham. Feared pro hopes were over when released by Man Utd during pandemic. Out of work for 5 months and turned down for trials at several clubs before Cardiff gave him a chance.

From the little I have seen so far I think that Denham and Colwill look the best of our youngsters. Denham looks to be very calm for a young centre back and if he continues his progress he and McGuinness could be our centre backs for a long, long time.

Agree re Denham but for me, the jury is still out re McGuiness.

Denham and McGuiness look very promising indeed.
