Barrister mistaken for criminal

Alexandra Wilson cannot believe she's been mistaken for a defendant 3 times.

Surely the powdered wig and flowing robes give it away :)

So much wrong with her story it's unreal.

Upon arrival a security officer asked for her name (how dare he) and then searched on the defendant list, sound pretty normal to me for a magistrates Court. Surely if she had said Alex Wilson here to defend so and so at the start....that would have solved that little issue for her.

She then tried to enter the courtroom where another barrister told her to go outside and wait to come in for her case. Again that's fair enough as she could have been anyone and they could have been having a private conversation, once the court is on session anyone can sit in so that wouldn't have been an issue.

And then she's upset that a member of the public thought she might have been a journalist.

I can't believe this is actually a story.
