Season ticket streaming

Do you have to redeem your code for every game? Or once you do it all fixtures are ready to watch? I thought you had to enter your code per game but when I've looked the only option for today's game v Reading is to pay £10. Any help is appreciated thanks

I would register again well in advance of kick off, as you will be given a new code. Like you, I thought I could use last year’s code for the first match but I couldn’t - it was panic stations then to get it done!

I received a streaming pass for the season, but could not get it to work for the Sheffield Wednesday game.

I have a large exchange of emails with the ticket office to try to sort this out. They say that the code has been redeemed and activated. Last week they said in an email that
"You should not experience any problems on the day watching the Live events covered by your code on CardiffCityTV,".

Tried to log in for todays match and again it has failed sating that a "Subscription Required. This content is not included with any of your subscriptions".
