Given his pedigree - and the fact he has been linked with Premier League clubs in the past - this perhaps should not be any great surprise.
But Cardiff have, according to the report in De Telegraaf, beaten off interest from London-based clubs plus German and Dutch sides as they look to seal a swoop for Immers.
Immers has an impressive record for Feyenoord, scoring 35 goals in 125 games since signing from Ado Den Haag in 2012.

No players would have to go out in order to sign him as the club is not up to its limit of 24 qualifying players. He would just have to be recruited with no transfer or loan fee and a pay rate of no more than £10k a week.

In talks with us this morning as reported by Wales Online 6 mins ago
Apparently weve beated off German, Dutch and PL interest

There most be ways around the transfer embargo ,perks free housing etc ,600k is 11.5k a week ,how much are the average Dutch players on it might not be as much as that

Maybe we are paying say 75% of his total wage for the loan, Wez. Then we take on the whole wage when / if we sign him permanently.

Could be if Jones is off the wage bill the we can use 75% of that to fund another coz it's one in one out and not the 600 k limit ?

I thought it was 1 in 1 out for 75% of outgoing players wage OR 600K, whichever is the lower.

. Have a look, think you'll be impressed. Dutch league better than Danish so hopefully this is a truer reflection of the player, if you know what I mean

Same here, don't know anything about him only his goal scoring ability, which is impressive for a midfielder

Wez, the one out one in as you say is 75% of the wages or £600k whatever is the lower, still can't go over the £600k

That would be a hell of a signing for us, but knowing us we will sign him and keep him on the bench!

Can't be long until this move gets hijacked by Celtic!
Wed Jan 20, 2016 1:00 pm
His YouTube concoction is like Satanic propaganda. Is he a Black Sabbath fan or what? Looks like a classic number 10.

Interesting one Immers is also well known for his great love for ADO Den Haag. He has a tattoo on his back, with a stork, the symbol of the city of The Hague and of the club, does this mean we will finally get to see some of the infamous Den Haag support at the CCS after all these years of talk
Wed Jan 20, 2016 1:06 pm
In 2011, Immers was forced to publicly apologise for signing anti-semitic slogans in a Dutch bar.

I guess one "work around" could be him being employed by Berjaya on a salary of £30k per year as a Sports Consultant and that, if he manages to play for any of Berjaya associated sporting teams (i.e. us), then he will be paid a bonus of £1m payable on a Pro-Rata basis
This sounds totally ridiculous. I accept that.
But, believe it or not, I have seen this type of contract in place with some sporting organisations up north!

Gunnarsson has followed him on Instagram if that means anything
