Tottenham Hotspur open to offers for 11 players in desperate attempt to cut squad
Townsend, Lennon, Soldado, Dawson, Assou-Ekotto, Naughton, Chiriches, Sandro, Capoue, Chadli and Dembele all up for sale by north London club

Tottenham Hotspur are willing to listen to offers for an entire team’s worth of players in their desperate attempt to cut down the size of Mauricio Pochettino’s squad. Andros Townsend and Aaron Lennon are among the 11 players who face uncertain futures before the transfer window shuts at the end of the month.
Head coach Pochettino and chairman Daniel Levy want to bring the squad down to 25 and face a race against time to move players on.
With Spurs still hoping to sign new players, Pochettino and Levy will consider bids for up to 11 men in the hope of getting rid of around five of them.
Queens Park Rangers have targeted Townsend, but Spurs are also open to offers for former England international Lennon. It is unlikely both wingers will leave.
Striker Loïc Remy could be offered to Tottenham as part of a QPR bid to sign Townsend, which may be tempting to Pochettino – particularly if he can offload Roberto Soldado. The Spaniard is part of Pochettino’s plans, but Spurs would consider selling him if they can line up a replacement.

Im trying to get some perspective on where the club is going on the pitch but can only see one outcome this season.

Beer has gone up to £4.20 a pint and so have the pies to £4.20.
Season tickets prices have increased by 4%.
Season tickets sales have decreased by 7%.

Match day ticket prices range from £30 to £40 and that's without the booking fees.

Barber keeps banging on about us being premiership ready which to be honest makes me cringe because we might be regarding the stadium and the new academy which is cat 1 and rated as the best in the country (until Man Citys is built) and Bloom is building a £50m hotel next to the staduim but on the playing side then we're light years away from being premiership ready, more like division one side on the pitch.

Our new logo in the club shop - Cringe.

This will probably be my last post on any forum (you can get the beers out) as I'm just so disillusioned where the club is heading. I'll only attend two games this season, Cardiff at home and Cardiff away, Cardiff away only as bringing the old boy and spending 2 days in Cardiff as it'll be a treat for him.

Cardiff City are poised to sign Reading defender Sean Morrison.

The Bluebirds have made a bid for the 23-year-old centre-back, who has had loan spells at Huddersfield and Southend previously.

Manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been scouring Europe in search of a new defender, but has so far failed to come up trumps.

The Bluebirds have been linked with Senegal international Lamine Sane, while the club's ex-defender Danny Gabbidon is training with the club.

The Wales defender made 200 appearances for the Bluebirds in a five year spell before moving on to West Ham and Queens Park Rangers.

He left Crystal Palace at the end of last season and with manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer in the market for a central defender, could sign on a more permanent basis.

After the 2-1 League Cup win over Coventry City, Solskjaer said: "I still want to bring in another centre-half, but that may not be before this Saturday’s match against Huddersfield.”
