We currently have 25 players on our books who would be classed as over the 21 year age limit to be named in Our Premier league squad and probably 5 others who don't have to be included. So who are we going to offload or loan out to accommodate some new signings yet to come to our 25 man Premier League squad?

For me the ones being offloaded or loaned out would be Etien Velikonja, Joe Mason, Simon Lappin, Don Cowie, Filip Kiss and possibly Rudy Gestede. So we could see maybe 6 offloads come the end of the transfer window. How many coming in??? Well I reckon Malky will take advantage of the 2 loan deals we are allowed by the Premier League rules. So if my calculations are correct we may see up to another 4 players on a permanent contract before the end of the transfer window, so still exciting times ahead and plenty to talk about before the 2nd September. Then in my opinion we will be ready to shock a few of the pundits tipping us to go down and shut the mouths of our big headed little neighbours down the road

Under 21 players will have been born on or after 1st January 1992. I believe Permanent and loan signings under 21 do not have to be named in 25 man squad. Lots of excitement to come in this window yet Tony
