Makes a mockery of the Ban really...

The press called it a transfer embargo but it's not really....just restrictions. Up to 31/08/13 they just need the League's permission prior to signing a player. That's it!

Wish we'd made an offer for Abdi as he is premiership quality. Might have a few quid on Watford to go up.

They haven't loaded them this time they've signed them there's not much anybody can do to stop that.

That was for loan deals but there are free signings so belong to Watford lock stock. No loan issue or loophole l

I bet they would have still gone to Watford for free even if we had bid £1million for Abdi.

They will be sold free to Udinese at the end of next season should Watford stay down.

Think about it? Sign 7 players for free cost to wat nil, cost to udines nil, cost to owner nil! As they are his players & teams! all above board gets around loan restrictions, that simple. And its simple to reverse deals. Ffs someone in fl needs kick up arse for not seeing this surely?

nothing stopping Watford paying lets say a pound for a Udinese player and then sell him back at the end of the season for a pound.This gets around the new loan rules.

Again they cant be touched bcause they are not cheating as such

Yea but easier just to loan them, that way won't have to piss are about swapping ownership between clubs and they remain as Watford players with the benefit of sending as many as they want back to Udinese since they will count as normal transfers not loans in Italy.

All 3 clubs have different owners, same family though.

These players aren't on big money and hardly played for Unidinese and last season they all gave 100% even on a wet Tuesday night up North. Would rather that than a Carlton Cole on 50k a week.
