From a footballing point of view we played them off the park at times, but they showed to be a better team, kept their composure, dug in and made it a difficult day for us. The first half I was struggling to see how they were any better than us, we talk about Knockaert making moments of magic, but in all honesty the real moment of magic we need and lack so much is that of what Bellamy gives them, the experienced enough and clinical enough to go out there and get the goal. Good performance, but well done to Cardiff, they didn't have to play better than us they just had to keep their heads do their job and battle through it.

exactly, thats a good post from a Leicester fan! we don't need to play spectacularly every single game, just need to dig in deep, stick together and get the points!... if the league was decided on performances i'd be worried, but on points i'm well happy! top at christmas even though we're not playing our best, we'd all take that!

What seems to have always been a problem for City teams in recent years is the ability to keep composure and shape when a team has all the possession in front of us - we can attack well, put in tackles when another team breaks but continued pressure just makes our defence crumble. Today was the complete opposite - all of Leicester's possession was in front of our 11 men and not once did one of our defenders step out of place, or gte caught out. A perfect, disciplined performance and up there with the best of the season in terms of keeping the other team out.

Leicester played well,they literally gave everything they had and you could see how tired they were by the 70th minute.Only the very best teams in this league will get anything from the king power stadium this season.Such a determined and disciplined performance from our lads today
