Craig Conway says he is fully committed to Cardiff City, less than a month after making a transfer request.

Manager Malky MacKay refused to let the winger go, and has selected him in the Bluebirds' last three games.

Conway rewarded MacKay with a goal against Sheffield Wednesday , and says his frustrations are now behind him.

"As far as I'm concerned that's gone, I've sorted it out with the manager... I've been playing so I'm really happy," said the 27-year-old.

After making 39 appearances for the Bluebirds in the 2011-20122 season, Conway had made only four appearances this season up to the middle of November.

He has been an ever-present since coming on as a substitute in the 1-1 draw at Derby on 27 November.

"Every player wants to play football... there was no other reason behind it at all," he said of his transfer request

"I'm fully committed to Cardiff, I'm really enjoying it and I'm playing. I'm enjoying getting back involved.

"I'm playing, so I'm happy and that's it."

Leaders Cardiff start a tough couple of weeks with a trip to fifth-placed Leicester on Saturday, followed by the visit of second-placed Crystal Palace on Boxing Day.

Conway says the players are keen to bounce back after their shock 2-1 defeat against bottom team Peterborough last Saturday that ended their perfect home record.

"I think it's one of those ones you've just got to take on the chin and move on," said Conway.

"We have a massive game on Saturday [against Leicester] so we can't dwell on it too much."

Glad he's changed his mind. :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

So if your not in the team for a run of games again Craig what are you going to do? throw another hissy
fit and throw in a transfer request again.

Reading that I think the blokes a clown who threw in his request cos he wasn't starting rather than getting his head down and
trying his best.

He needs to realise that Football is a TEAM game. If every player threw in a transfer request cos after a run on the bench or out of the team half the squad would be on the transfer list

Grown up son on your bike.

Completley disagree with you.

He has worked harder than anyone to the run up to the season and was clearly by far the best player in Pre Season but didn't even get started against Huddersfield. I don't blame him.

Thats fair enough mate and I will agree to disagree.

To me, its shows a poor attitude to hand in a transfer request, having said that, I am willing to accept that
maybe there is more to it than just not starting but if it was purely down to, 'im not in the team so I want to leave' then I think he needs to wise up.
