No player bigger than a club - REALLY?

As well as other clubs, Lionel Messi has scored more goals than Liverpool FC in 2012, with 90 goals.

It's a goals game and he has scored a teams worth of goals. So is not one player bigger than a club, even Messi.

Oh for sure. That aside, the stat is immense.....Messi literally is priceless, he will never be bought unless he wants to be sold. Even then he'd have to let his contract run out to force an offer of under 50-60 million.

I do believe if he went into any top europan side other than Barca, he'd score a minimum of 35 goals in a season...minimum.

Watched him the other night against Athletico. He literally did f**k all.
