BCFC away and the Christmas post

Ordered tickets for Brum away by 'phone last Tuesday, but not arrived yet. Spoke to our ticket office today, who told me that they were posted on Wednesday. They told me to wait a few more days, obviously, as its Christmas. Wondering if anyone else has had the same experience? Usually pick them up in person, but was away last week.

The post is very slow at the moment. I post things out everyday (ebay) and as you would have it, someone contacted me this morning about not receiving something yet that I posted out last Wednesday.

I spoke to the post office and they told me that they've not bothered with the mass employment that they normally do at this time of year. So I'm not at all surprised it's slow.

Thanks Berwyn Interesting that the Royal Mail have not got the 'casuals' in this Christmas. Hopefully everybody's post will turn up soon!

Probably explains why my stuff hasn't arrived. Ordered an iPod nano off ebay on thursday 6th, dispatched on friday 7th, not arrived yet. It's only coming from Sheffield so it shouldn't take nearly 2 weeks. The one i'm most pissed off at is what I ordered yesterday, it said "Place your order in the next 20 hours and have it guaranteed for delivery on Monday 17th December 2012". Checked my post this morning and it's not there Payed 1st class for that as well
