I believe we are, yes I know it's all ifs and buts and anything can happen but why not,
The premiership may well have two South Wales teams in its league next season, a town and a big City.
In comparison the consistent team last season was clearly Southampton. Although finishing second.
After 22 games they were top with 44 points, they had won 10 out of 11 at home, and away form was won 3, drawn 3, lost 4, sound similair, mmmm, on Boxing Day they were home to Palace and won 2-0
They had a bit of a wobble post Xmas which I hope doesn't happen to us but then stormed through Feb and March.
They ended up finishing 2nd with 88 points, winning 16 games at home and 10 wins away, drawing 10 & losing 10 in total.
If this is a benchmark, then we are on our way boys.
I know anything can happen, and other teams could storm the league but with results some weeks going our way and some weeks not I think if we can get back to making CCS a fortress and maintain reasonably good from away from home then this could be our season boys n girls.
