Funny enough, I've heard a similar story - end feb/early March from someone that overheard a conversation by being in the right place at the right time! Hope it's true! Absolutely love Maynard as I striker! Class player

4 people I know who know information about the club. 3 well, the other not so well.

1 I get my tickets from and is a family friend, the 1 used to work for City - no longer does but still knows important people there, 1 still works for City and the other is a very close friend of one of the players.

I tend not to say anything now unless 3 of the 4 give me the same/similar info. When Bellamy first joined on loan I posted that he'd be coming here and got ridiculed, abused for about 8 weeks because of it. The more senior members on this forum also knew it was happening but obviously due to their affiliation with the club - the deal - could not say anything which is fair enough. I also got banned from another forum for posting it - apparently it was trolling yet 2 months later he signed.

Thats why I can understand why Carl must get so annoyed. He releases info but people just pick and choose to read and take in what bits suit them and the rest they ridicule for no reason. All he is doing is relaxing the gossip. None of it is facts, just hints.

MacKay did say that he had been assured that there will no weakness in the knee once he had recovered completely.

These injurys are hard to pin point.. Ent he starting light training in January?

It all depends how the progress goes could be back anytime to be fair.

If that's what come from the horses mouth then you'd have to go with that, what I was told could possibly relating to his return to training then maybe? It was mentioned that "he will be back so & so a date" so it may well have been back to training? Well have to wait & see I guess...

I would love this to be true but can't see Nicky playing again this season and Malky has in fact confirmed that. It'll be good to see him back in pre-season!
