ANYONE REMEMBER THIS? [rick wright days]

i remember watching citys first game of the season in 91/92 .... cardiff were losing to lincoln city at home 2-1 with mins to go and over the tannoy the annoucer said something along the lines of "rick wright apologises for today performance and promises the supporters he will assemble a good team" ..... a year later was one of the best in cardiff history ...... anyone remember that or was i dreaming it? :ayatollah:

I dont recall that but you be right :ayatollah: !! but they were good times for sure, round the same year we lost to either cambridge or maidstone by 5 I think it was at Ninian park I think it finished 2-5 and the away fans stuck up in Block a , we were still chanting and cheering despite the result , the result was almost peripheral it was supporting the team for 90 mins in those days. Great memories.

I remember we lost to Cambridge 2-7 :shock: ,I remember singing 5 more we only need 5 more :D
