Wolves v Cardiff 2007

Thu Dec 13, 2012 8:51 pm

How many beat the ban?

The Wolves fans had fun singing "is that all you bring away" to an empty stand.

We had the last laugh 2-1 to the mighty bluebirds !!

The home fans weren't just pissed with us but they had a home tie against one of their rivals ( the blues or WBA ) and had forced home season ticket holders out of one of their main stands. Moxy out I think we're most of the chants. Chops scored a wonder goal ( when he was class ) and Jason Byrne ( remember him? ) scored the winner !

How many of you snuck in with me ?

Jason Byrne winner wasn't it. His only real act in a CCFC shirt.

Went up to protest then came back to the club to watch the live beam back with a curry and a pint :ayatollah:

Funny thing was I was there the year before ( when it kicked off under the stand at half time ) in hostipality and was at the bar at half time waiting for the game to kick off second half and I'd managed 3 pints due to the delay not realising why the second half hadn't kicked off !!

One year later and everybody around me knew I was a bluebird but were laughing about how their club had overreacted !

I wasn't but know of one perhaps two that were there. Was this the game that Dayo was going to hire a small Zepplin or something and did sort it only to be thwarted by weather conditions?
