I think they will be all expecting new signings as all believe this is the season for ALL or Nothing. So all would want to work extra hard to impress Malky otherwise the door is....... that way --> Exit

I don't think Malky will bring in any prima donna's with ego problems to rock the boat, I'm sure he will bring in players who will fit into the system comfortably and the bigger the squad with quality the better, they'll need to be ready for a long hard winter slog.
