Cardiff born billionaire, could he invest in the City???

1. No mention of him being a City fan, or a football fan in general for that matter.

2. "Home is California," having lived there since 1976, and only visits Wales "now and again."

If there's no existing link between him and Cardiff City, I highly doubt that he'd be willing to throw cash at the club.

I mean, can you imagine his list of investments being 'Google, YouTube, Apple, Paypal, Yahoo, Cardiff City'

Nah, this guy donated £75m to Oxford University for the sake of helping its poorer students. Last time I checked, Tan wasn't in this for the sake of the fans.
