hi can someone help me on here? if you want to buy tickets for friends using your ambassodor number to get them the discount tickets do you have to go down the office/ring them or can you do it online? thanks

ticket office or fone..but they charge you' admin fees' on fone, so best to go ticket office if possible..

ticket office or fone..but they charge you' admin fees' on fone, so best to go ticket office if possible..
thought so, i'll just do it over the phone cos i live quite a while from Cardiff, any idea how much they charge for the booking fee?

fair play to the office staff i only phoned for 2 extra tickets yesterday and they came this morning carl

they're useless most of the time, 1st season in the CCS i waited 6 weeks for my season ticket to arrive after the season started, after that it arrived along with the replacement they sent after i complained
turned out they never sent it!

yeah it's a quid booking fee for each ticket over the phone

Plus 50p postage
