What's your favourite City shirt and why?

I would love to know what shirt you love the most.

For me, has to be the late-1970s into 1980s one with the yellow and white stripes. Any idea what the away colour shirt was?
I seem to recall it being yellow or pale blue?

Same for me. Away kit was yellow with a blue and white stripe.

Fave kit was the famous one we had early 80s, royal blue with yellow n white stripe down the front left side.
Well known to us all and a great classic kit. A modern version would look bloody brilliant.

Why....cos it was my first kit that I owned, my dad bought it for me and I also scored a goal against Ron Healey wearing it,

I've always wanted us to have a modern version of that kit. Probably my favourite too.

I had a new-made replica of it back in the Sam years.

Althought 1899 - 1908 was pretty bad too

1899 looks sharp! Although I wasn't around then the 75-77 one is my fav

I liked the Puma one from about 3 years ago, which didn't have a sponsor on it. I think we got a sponsor later in the season, but I can't remember who. I've never wanted to be a walking billboard, so a shirt without adverts suits me.

Yeah that's the one but like you I can't remember who it was, sbobet maybe after that dodgy 777ball thing

I don't mind a sponsor and I understand its income.

I did have an idea on the official forum some years ago to pay to sponsor the shirt but leave it blank and no one was interested

Its just got to be the shirt from the early 80's - 84 i think- when we were sponsored by......... SUPERTED -That of S4C cartoon Fame ! Does anyone else remember this shirt or am i going slightly mad in my old age ??? Also that great Welsh Indie rock band The Super Furry Animals (Big City Fans) sponsored us in 99' too, for the one season i think. Them were the days..........
