Adam Matthews?

I've been thinking, with our full back situation going to struggle if we get promoted. Would you go for Adam? Welsh, been playing well for Celtic, solid defender. Also, how much do you think Celtic would ask/value him at?

He would walk in our side at present, I dont think he would come though, the way he is playing for celtic he will be in the premier league before long, and he would never come back at the moment if Celtic get through in the champions league.

I'm not sure atm, certainly someone a bit stronger defensively.

A right winger, I thought, he was ok at defending but his ability to run down the line impressed me.

IMO never good enough defensively, but he was young back then.
I don't watch many Celtic games but when he starts for Wales he still has that defensive naivity

Decent going forward but not great defensively, Unfortunately he had great potential and that Fat Wanker jones ruined him here.

With his age and Champions League experience, I think you're looking at £7m (at the very least) for the lad.

Does that mean every Celtic player is worth more because they play CL.

2-3m max and assuming he was a bench player and that's while we are championship.

He scored a top notch goal last night and his attacking play is pretty good BUT his defending does at times let him down I'm afraid .

It was a decent finish against a part time second division side, a better keeper would have saved it though.
