In this day of modern football where fifa have managed to outlaw defending deeming the slightest touch on a striker a free kick or penalty and defenders often taking an early bath for breathing too hard on a forward, its remarkable we have gone about 100 games before today since our last sending off.
Incidently wasn't the last sending off at barnsley as well? Darcy blake I believe
