"I've noticed for a while now, during DJ's interviews and his general speak, he seems to have an intentional separation issue over his relationship with SWFC as a whole.

Often referring to 'you've been here before' when talking about relegation fights. 'They've got to stick together' when talking about player / fan relationship. 'Their naive', 'they need to learn', etc, etc..........

We are in a relegation scrap, however he seems to not want to be part of the bigger picture and sounds like he's trying to keep himself on the outer edges looking in to avoid responsibility, therefore removing blame.

Take some responsibility, you are part of SWFC. We are in trouble and that includes you! Admitting you got it wrong sometimes is often easier to accept than a repeatedly used list of excuses that are starting to wear thin.

You are not bigger than SWFC, no person is...................you are part of it................"

Sounds like something someone on here would post when Jones was here.

Spot on. You've got to wonder how much the whole Southampton reaction hit him.

They really backed him when he arrived, but his arrogance soon shone out, he will never change.

I would love it if we tanked him and Shef Wed with our table toppers, never rated him as a manager and he didnt like us as fans get real he was just filling his pockets thanks to one Peter Ridsdale overrated and well overpaid and we didnt win anything under him :ayatollah:

spot on post there pal
the guy geninely has a major attitude problem in my opinion, instead of gossiping to staff about cardiffs financial position he should be concerned with rallying the team that he is responsible for that are really struggling at the moment

Interesting thought, & one i harbor myself. Lets just hope that DJ is true & consistent to his old mind set, & views our fixture as simply "just another game"!

Agree. DJ is history, Malky is our future. Interesting times ahead.
