conference - south and north ???

2 teams from the north and south league go up to the conference prem so on paper the teams that get relegated get divided, what happens if 4 southern teams are relegated ?

They would go into the league which needed the numbers to take the tally to 24 teams.This season e.g.Gloucester

I've often wondered that aswell, I'm guessing the two lowest Northern and Southern teams get relegated.

THey move the teams around. This season Histon are in Conf North even though they are near Cambridge.

I'm sure Gloucester used to be in conference north
