Keith Cooper is a legend!! I've been lucky enough to know him for years. I went right through comp with his son Steven and my dad was a ref with him, not to his standard though!! He's always been nice and used to take kids from our school to meet players of different teams when he was reffing in the prem! Glad he's with city now.

I take it you was at Treforest?

Iv seen Chopper Harris a few years back in Llantwit Fardre. Was real funny to be fair, had some wicked stories. Think Llantwit had Razor there this year. Can imagine him being pretty funny.

Saw duncan mackenzie some years ago in london.he was excellent.i always remember one of the things he said about brian clough who signed him when he just took over as leeds manager.leeds had just won the league and were about to play the charity shield season opener against liverpool.mackenzie said he asked clough for some complimentary tickets for his parents.he then said clough said to him,and mackenzie put on a brian clough accent," young man,if your own mum and dad wont pay to see you at wembley, who the bloody hell will " !! ?
Classic cloughy.

Any stories involving Cloughie are class.

Quite a few ex Derby / Forest players making off the after dinner circuit thanks to Cloughie stories.

Legend is thrown about too easy these days but Clough is a true legend.
