Out of the two Hughes is the better manager but just about.

It would mean the FAW paying up Chris Coleman and his mates who we seemed to have employed and then employing Hughes (who no doubt would want considerably more) and his mates.

A lot of cost for little difference IMO and we know Hughes would be off again as soon as a decent job came calling, hardly known for his loyalty is he.

Sod Mark Hughes, I can think of another manager not doing much at the moment. So my money is on Josep Guardiola.

Now this is a guy who got bored at Barcelona because he said he'd taken them as far as they could possibly go and he has a desire for a new challenge. He just turned down Chelsea because obviously if he took that job then it would be more of the same. Not really a challenge, if you think about it. Either he fails to get Chelsea winning anything in which case he'd get slammed. Or he tops the Premier and wins the Champions league and everyone one will just say he's simply repeated what he did at Barca.

Well Guardiola. I've got a challenge for you! Get Wales to win something, anything! Or simply qualify for a major tournament. That's all, nothing much. You know, take your time, as long as it's before I die of old age, will do.

Topping a world class league or winning the Champions league on an unlimited budget doesn't impress me much. Get Wales in to a World Cup finals, that will impress me ta very much.

Mark hughes blew it, we should have qualified and even got a 2nd chance against the Russians and he blew it again, John Hartson up front on his own and getting no where against to big defenders. So he takes Hartson off and puts Ernie up front on his own.

Keep him away from Cardiff and Wales or let the Jacks have him!!
