They are really strict with the no food no drink rule aswell.

We went in towards the end of last season, 6 of us eating one lad not, they wouldn't let him have a drink, had to order your drink with your food and there was no way we could get him one and just sit there as they were all over it.

We left in the end, its a decent place though and as Aherne said you cant blame them cos it would be full of idiots otherwise.

I was there yesterday too. Sat over by the child's play area. Lovely food and will definitely be frequenting there before match days in the future. The steak was beautiful!

It's not their rule.

The licence stipulates the rule on match days. Not sure what it is trying to achieve though. Heard it was to direct drinkers into the ground.

I thought the carvery at the Culverhouse was pretty decent. The foods a fair bit better in there since they done it up.

Do you mean fellow Cardiff City fans who want a drink?

I've never seen a pub near the ground that says "no kids mate, just idiots in here"

I'd happily take my kids into any boozer near the ground. Language..hmmm a bit
choice... singing... raucous behaviour.

but thats a football day

I remember when city fans were kicking up a fuss that they wouldn't rename their pub after something to do with the football club! Even wrote a strongly worded letter too. Couldn't believe the cheek of some of the fans tbh
