weight loss exercises

looking to lose 2 stone as quick as possible,

planning on doing swimming early morning
then jogging
cross training
then tred mil

good way of loosing weight quick ? :ayatollah:

any one recommend any exercises to burn fat quick ? :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

The most important thing is a healthy diet.

Good diet and I'd recommend joining a boxing club with all the cardio training that is involved in boxing. :ayatollah:

And maybe a jog in the morning too.

running everytime .... i went up to 13stone last december and now 11st 3lbs ... no dieting involved ... just running!
