Do kids 4 and unders go free

tried ringing ticket off this morning as my 4 year boy wants to come today. NO answer as usual.
i know they used to let 4 and unders in for free. Dose anyone know if thats still the case.
and before you all start i am prepared to buy a ticket but i'm a city fan and a freebie is better

Not sure TBH mate, Might be in the Family stand but im pretty sure it's sold out for todays game.
