considering a career in the army or the royal marines

Im seriously considering joining the army as infantry or the royal marine commando's. any one on here done either ? any advice ?

anything you need to ask let me know! Im currently out injured (had op on my legs) but im back running for chairtys now im on the mend, marines are looking like past time now, but looking into the reservists to see if they will have me

trust me mate, i can garentee it will be the best decision of your life if you decied to go with the corps

I was in the infantry for 4 years, left in 2001, you drink, shag, get fit and make friends for life, I didnt have to do the Afghan thing though, so respect to you for potentially choosing the infantry in the circumstances.

I would not do it myself unless I was called up to do so, so therefore it is only something I can applaud you for.

Marines I'd say. Remember it's a naval service so you could be on the boats.
