How strict are clubs on players??

The reason I ask is because I saw Rudy Gestede out last night, in Swansea of all places! Was at a cocktail bar on Wind St until about 12.15. Just found it a little odd to see a first team player so far from home, at a reasonably late time, less than 48 hours before a game.

This isn't a problem.

I mean he may not be the greatest talent but, whenever fit, the lad has been hungry to get onto the pitch and do his best for the team. As long as he continues doing so, I see no problem in him actually having a life.
