Malkys approach

Just thinking earlier and I really do admire Malky on bringing the best out of players.

Its fantastic to see some players come in and take their chances.

Connolly came in and he really made his mark and its great to see the effort put in from some players to take a first team place.

KBK also managing to take advantage of a first team place.

Fans question on Etien and Kadeem.. but I have full faith in MM because he wants to make sure their ready.

It's really exicting because you can really see the competition from the players and everyone seems to want to be part of the first team and get involved.

he's a quality manager who has created a highly professional and motivated bunch of players, very thorough in his approach and will manage at a higher level soon enough, lets hope its with us

He is fantastic at nursing them in.

Back a month or so a go MM said he got all his targets except Keogh so he went got Connelly.

Got to say I've been very impressed with connally

malky is young and unexperienced manager. in the end he will come good. maybe not this year, but he is a very good manager. give him time
