can the club move forward now

After todays events i have been wondering where the club goes from here
Its quite obvious that sam ran a dictatorship at the club where basically the other members of the board had no say in the desicions at the club until the money ran out.
Have we been any different under the current chairman
who controls him does he in fact listen to any members of the board on a day to day basis.
Who decided his contract and bonus scheme's ?:
did he just write them himself because if as it has been alleged he did and there is a number of bonuses in place and as an example allegedlly a million pounds for gaining promotion to the premiership.
Does this mean that all the money has been wasted on huge wages for has beens over the last few seasons in one mans attempt to earn himself an enourmous amount of money.
At the meeting on monday i think bonus schemes will be high on the agenda but in answer to my own question i dont think the club can move forward with an alleged 25% from the malaysians.
it will need a complete takeover and the removal of the current chairman before the club can ever take a step in the right direction

Steve, Excellent post, I believe Our Club Can only move forward once the Current Board have gone and I dont include Borley .
The quicker they all go the better including Paul Guy etc etc.

I think the words feathering and nest are applicable, what other job could you set your own wages and bonus and then get the ratified by some expert "KH" on football finances, who then becomes one of your paid employees,well paid but hardly over worked, so far the only work I'm aware that he's done is agreee PR's wages and bonus's.
