Yes we could transform him by taking him down to the drive thru throw him a mcdonalds cap and a black refuse sack and tell him go work for your money and dont go missing any litter you waste of space

He needs the kind of help a manager couldn't give.

Who's that coming from the dole queue ?
It's Michael Chopra, it's Michael Chopra!

No, no, no, no!
Definitely no going back in this case

No chance in hell. The player has long gone now and there is no way back for Chopra. He's been given enough chances over the years.

He's on a one way trip down Amy Winehouse Boulevard via Gazza Drive.

Who cares?! If he scores and provides the goods I would have him back if he sorted himself out. Malky would deffo get the best out of him :ayatollah:

Could WE help him ? :? :? :? :? Fooking hell who does counselling on here ? I know one poster that can help with one of his problems :o Maybe Annis can lend him some dosh.
Seriously are you serious ? The silly fooker is being charged with fixing horse racing :o :o :o Yeah lets see him come here and potentially throw a game. Chopra is a wrong un and i really do think his career will be finished if he is found guilty.

I think he's had his chance but he's way too over the hill for us now ;)

On his day he was great. I think hes been to the Last chance saloon. His gambling addiction could compromise the way he plays. Who knows if he might have changed results of any of our games. Hope he sorts himself out but no thanks. Malky wouldnt have him.

A leopard never changes its spots. His best days are long gone. Wouldn't touch him with a barge pole

After all these years and all the 'I'm back to my best' claims, I don't think there's much chance.

That man would put a bet on two raindrops running down a window.

i think dave jones is the man to do that....(they have a bond)....dave jones even took him to live with him at one point during his cardiff career.....i do think that cardiff is the place to transform him AGAIN,but hes gotta want it badly enuff :ayatollah:

Wouldn't want him back here now. He'd be too much of a disruptive influence in my opinion. Sadly I think his best days are most definitely behind him and I can only see a lower league club or maybe DJ giving him a chance when he leaves Ipswich.

What odds Bothroyd & Chopra teaming up at Sheffield Weds to try and keep them up?
