You dont have to have a pre pay meter maybe they pay quarterly

The payment is made for heating so that's what it should be spent on. Simples. The house just by me came home with a new tele last year when they got it. I wonder what they'll buy this year?Whatever it is its their business not yours
Young people who need stuff for the home etc get vouchers rather than cash. Are they saying that young people will waste cash yet old people won't?yes they are and theres overwhelming evidence to proove it. That's all they've got to do is make the payment as Swalec et al vouchers.
