They claim to be nationalists, yet worship a foreigner who our people despised and fought against in WWII.
They hated the Irish nationalists, yet backed the people who were from an immigrant background and occupied 6 counties in the north of Ireland.

Not everyone hated hitler over here. The right-wing politicians idolised him along with the Royals. Newspapers like the Daily Mail actively supported him. He had a lot of support from a large number of the population prior to WW2.
What is insteresting is how the English like to change history. For instance they'll look back now at that England v Germany football match where the England players gave Hilter a Nazi salute before the game. They try to make out now that they were forced to do it but in reality prior to the war that summed up the general feeling towards Hitler in the UK. That salute wasn't forced at all, they were all happy to do it at the time.
