ONE OF THE BEST I HAVE SEEN

Sat Nov 10, 2012 8:51 pm

The cross by Gunnarsson for Hudson to score was sublime, he hit it first time on the run, the pace, the angle, the height and the direction was perfection.

I stood and shouted 'what a cross!' before Hudson connected, you just knew it was going to end the right way :ayatollah:

That header was a real net buster. Plenty of venom in it!

Superb cross and header. Gunnarsson was excellent at full back in my opinion. :ayatollah:

Gunnerson is even better in his midfield role where he cannot stop scoring :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Carl your not wrong I sit in 114 and was right behind it. Anyone would have scored from such a great cross. For me Hudson was Man of the match and we were murdering Hull until Kev had to go off. My fear is without cover at fullback we will struggle. However saying that when we get our players back we will take some stopping. If they were 4th in the league we steam rollered them in the first 20 minutes or so.

Lets hope we can get Mutch back for next week. Saturday needs to be a sell out so come on guys lets make the difference next week.

Carl can you please make sure the Echo hilights the fact that we need every supporter to turn up next week for the Bourgh game. :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

THat was the first time we got in behind hull on that side and it was a pearler of a cross hit with pace and power. Hudson's finish was pure quality and it is good to see our defenders getting in on the goal scoring act.

Best cross of the day closely followed by one moments earlier from another first time cross by Ralls from opposite side!

He also put in a beauty in the first Half with the outside of the boot for the header that forced a class save from Amos!

Gareth your not wrong we lost our shape a bit with the injury but to be fair to our manager he got to grips with it and subbed Kiss. Felt sorry for him but he looked like he needs to go out on loan and find his form.

Great little dink that one, Mason got the glance..........now you've mentioned that, it's got me thinking Amos played a fair part in saving them from a battering.

I said to my mates as soon as it he hit it "someone has to get on that", I had faith someone would be there. Well done Mark, true leader, f**k you Blakey! :D

Great cross by Gunnar and a great finish by Huds agreed! Seems that Blakeys words hit home today, I for one am glad he said what he did. At the end of the day he is a pundit and is paid to give his opinion whatever it may be. He's Cardiff through and through and to me personally he's a legend and always will be at CCFC.
He's black he's mean he'll rob your fruit machine!!!

What I like about Hudson's finish was the anticipation.

Too often you see players not make an attempted shot or header because they expect a striker or defender under the flight of the ball to get something on it.

Gestede and a defender just missed attempts on the cross yet Hudson was waiting should they both fail and they did. He could have looked quite the fool flying through the air when the ball didn't get to him.

Does that make sense this saturday night?
