Hard fought win but an emergency loan full back essential

Sat Nov 10, 2012 6:42 pm

We must act this week and get a good full back who can play on the left or the right...if Connerly and Kev are injured this is urgent....it should not be that difficult raiding the premier league...a lot easier than trying to get a goalscorer...enjoyed the match though and the only shame was City not winning by more.

Was listening to the Hull commentators on CCPlayer Corky, even they said we could easily 4 up after the first 20 mins or so.

As for full back, I think one of under 21's is a pretty good full back can't remember his name could be a chance for him to step up although with Middlesbrough next up could be to big a risk

Yes we could have been three or four up but once Kev went off, Gunner went full back and Kiss went in the middle....Kiss looked way off the mark, not sure if he had a knock but Hull dominated the latter part of the first half...Gunner did well at full back but surely a specialist full back on loan makes sense now.

Curtis Davies? Kyle Naughton? Would be awesome if we got one of these on loan or a permanent deal!

Everytime we loan a fullback during the season they end up being shit
Jls, Alan wright, dean bloody Gordon

I guess it depends how Connelly and Kev are.

Thought Gunnar did well today.

Think thats the new guy, there was another one who didn't look too far off the first team he may even have played in the League Cup last season

The kids need to think they can play, if they are good enough to be close to the first team squad then they are good enough. I would only loan if we are considering buying the player at christmas.
