Pre match drinking good news

I was out and about in Canton last night and the the Kings opposite the old exchange has re-opened !!!

Pool table gone, but jukebox still there overall looks very smart inside.

I have also heard on the grapevine that the Lansdowne is due to be reopened by the end of the month either as a bar or a bar/restaurant type combination

Never been fussed on that place. I've drunk in the Kings now and again over the years and that's had a tidy atmosphere. In my older years, I've preferred The Cornwall, because it's a decent halfway point between Central station and the stadium plus I get decent ale and food there.

I do too much pre match drinking already thanks, should have seen the state of me in Charlton.

Only reason I went was cos it was just up the road from my mams house... Live in Caerphilly now so no before or after drinking for me as I drive down mainly

I thought if had been converted to flats?

Would be bucking the national trend of it were to reopen as a bar but would be good news for supporters.

There is flats and the skittle alley and part of the old bar has been taken away but te lounge and half the old bar area are still accessible and they have been granted a license to open 11-23:00 Monday - Saturday an then normal Sunday hours from what I gather
