5 goals conceded and not by a classy outfit but by individual errors. If systematic changes need to occur it is in the psyche of the team. Calling for Malky's head is just stupid! He didn't instruct the normally brilliant Marshal to make 2 big mistakes. Defensive errors gifted Charlton the offer of goals and it was down to bad judgment as oppose to the fact we don't have the quality. We were by far the better team tonight and in 9 times out of 10 the win based on midfield and forwards but our defensive unit and the keeper made mistakes. Nobody is perfect and everyone is allowed to make a mistake and I have no doubt they will hold their hands up. They showed heart go grind it out to 5 - 4 but stop the bullshit, this is not Malky, this is not strategy, this is a mental issue that needs resolving. Keep the faith folks, we are minus a few of the best players in the league and this is a Marathon! Consistency is key over the season and statistically you always get statistical outliers. We have the quality, like others we have to struggle with injuries and suspensions etc but I think the vast majority would have taken 3rd at this point in the season. We need to get our full strength back and need to sort out these unforced errors and then we can fly in this league
